If for whatever reason you change your mind regarding your purchase, we are more than happy to offer you a refund.
Please return your purchase within 30 days in its original, unopened condition. Birth balls and Birth pools must not have been inflated. CDs and DVDs can not be returned if they have been removed from their celophane seal. Pool liners must not have been removed from packaging and tried for size. Aromatherapy oils & creams can not be returned.
Please note we will not refund the original P&P fee from your purchase. For “Free P&P” purchases we reserve the right to deduct a £2.95 or £3.50 postage fee from your refund. This will be dependent on whether the value of your returned item enabled your order to be FREE P&P. In the case of birth pool purchases, we will deduct a £9.95 postage fee from your refund. Please email us with your return request to clarify any postage fee deductions.
When returning items, please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office as we can not be responsible for returned items that are lost. Unfortunately we can not cover the cost of return postage.
For exchanges, e.g. to change the size or colour of the same garment, please email us with your exchange request and we will advise of any re-postage fees that are required. Return postage of the original item will be at your cost.
Problems/Faulty items. Please email us if you have a problem with your purchase so that we can agree the best course of action. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Faults with Birth Pools must be reported within 7 days, faults with all other products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
