Which size ball to order?
For hospitals, we would recommend purchasing the 65cm diameter balls. Whilst the 75cm ball is suitable for tall women, it is not suitable for most women and in a hospital environment, it may be difficult to ensure that the right size ball is available in the right delivery room. A tall woman would still get benefit from the 65cm ball during labour whereas the 75cm ball will be just too big for the majority of women.

We have created a laminated, photographic A3 poster, with instructions and positions to get the best from the ball during labour itself. Something for labouring women to read and help themselves during labour. These posters are £5 each. Simply request "A3 Poster" and the quantity you require on your purchase order.
