Standard Delivery: Royal Mail First Class
Birth-ease delivers to all of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands using First Class, Royal Mail, with the exception of La Bassine Birth Pool (see below). We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order. The despatch date given at the bottom of each web page, is the expected date that your order will be collected from us by the Royal Mail.

Orders up to £1.50 will have a P&P charge of £1.45 (UK)
Orders up to £14.99 will have a P&P charge of £2.95 (UK)
Orders between £15.00 and £24.99 will have a P&P charge of £3.50 (UK)
Orders of £25.00 and over will be delivered FREE (UK only)


Royal Mail First Class Recorded "Signed For"
Upgrade from Standard Delivery to Royal Mail Recorded "Signed for" for just £2.45/£3.95/£4.50. The despatch date given at the bottom of each web page, is the expected date that your order will be collected from us by the Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery
Upgrade to Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm Special Delivery from £6.95 to £9.95. Orders must be received by 1pm to be guaranteed to be processed the same day. For this service please ignore the "Next Despatch Date" at the bottom of the web page and on your order confirmation. We can offer this service most of the time, if we are unable to offer the service on a particular day, this option will not show up on the Basket Checkout Page.
Orders placed after Thursday 1pm and before Friday 1pm, are subject to the Royal Mail's additional £4 premium for "Saturday Guarantee".
Orders placed after Friday 1pm and before Monday 1pm, will all be despatched on Monday for delivery to you Tuesday. Royal Mail will not deliver Special Delivery parcels on Sundays, Mondays or Public Holidays.

La Bassine Birth Pool is delivered direct from the supplier and is therefore subject to slightly different delivery terms. The FREE P&P applies to UK Mainland only. Pools are usually despatched the same or next working day on a Next Day courier service. On the Basket Checkout Page, please select the top UK option (First Class Royal Mail) in order to ensure FREE P&P, however as specified the order will be sent on a Next Day Courier Service (and NOT by Royal Mail First Class) For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Ireland and all other countries, please email us before placing your order to determine the additional delivery charge, at support@birthease.co.uk.

Delivery to Eire & Europe
Parcels will be sent by Standard Airmail. If you wish to upgrade to a tracked or premium service please email us at support@birthease.co.uk.

Delivery to Rest of World (outside of Europe)
Parcels will be sent by Standard Airmail. If you wish to upgrade to a tracked or premium service please email us at support@birthease.co.uk.
