DELIVERY

Birth-ease delivers to all of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands using First Class, Royal Mail, with the exception of La Bassine Birth Pool (see below). We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order. The despatch date given at the bottom of each web page, is the expected date that your order will be collected from us by the Royal Mail.

Orders of £25.00 and over will be delivered FREE (UK only)
Orders with a total value of less than £25.00 will be charged P&P at £2.95 (UK only)

La Bassine Birth Pool is delivered direct from the supplier and is therefore subject to slightly different delivery terms. The FREE P&P applies to UK Mainland only. Pools are usually despatched the next working day on a 48hour courier service. For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Ireland and all other countries, please email us before placing your order to determine the additional delivery charge, at support@birthease.co.uk.

TENs machine hire is delivered direct from the BIRTH TENS supplier and is therefore subject to different delivery terms, arriving in time for the start of your 37week of pregnancy. Please see the Terms and Conditions on the TENS machine Hire webpage.

Need Guaranteed Next Day Delivery?
We can not commit to same day despatch but when we can we will. If you wish to pay extra for Special Delivery, with guaranteed next day delivery, please email us with your requirements. Special Delivery usually costs an additional £3-£6. Email us at support@birthease.co.uk

Delivery Overseas?
We are happy to deliver overseas. Select what you wish to buy and your geographical location on the "basket" page and the additional postage fee to cover the Airmail cost will be added to your basket.
